Order
How quickly will I receive my order?
For the Netherlands and Belgium: Order before 10:00 PM for next working day home delivery.
For Germany: Order before 1:45 PM for next working day delivery via DHL Germany.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can process the cancellation for you.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This email will contain all the details of your purchase.
Can I have my order delivered to someone else?
Yes, you can choose a different delivery address during the checkout process. Simply enter the recipient's address in the shipping details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Please check our shipping policy for more details on the minimum order value for free delivery.
Delivery
What is the delivery time?
Netherlands and Belgium: If you place your order before 10:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day. We will do everything we can to hand over your order to PostNL or DHL as quickly as possible. Deliveries are also made on Saturdays.
There are no deliveries on Sunday and Monday; orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
For Germany: Order before 1:45 PM for next working day delivery via DHL Germany.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the order value and destination. Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium costs €4.50, including tax, and shipping to Germany costs €7.50, including tax.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the PostNL website.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be picked up because we operate from a fulfillment center. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse to ensure quick and efficient delivery.
Returning policy
How long is my reflection period?
You have the right to withdraw your order, without giving any reason, within a period of 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the complete order.
You can then return the order to us.
Products whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
How can I return my package?
If you wish to return part or all of your order / exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us.
You may notify us via email, or by phone or whatsaoo. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will cover the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
How long does it take to receive my refund for a returned product?
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
