What data do we process?
- Contact details: name, address, email address and phone number.
- Order details: products, amounts, billing and delivery address and the payment confirmation. We do not see your full card or bank details.
- Account details: if you create an account.
- Customer service: what you send us yourself by email, phone, chat or the contact form.
- Usage data: device, browser, IP address and how you use the website, via cookies (see our cookie policy).

Only with parties we need in order to help you. They may not use your data for anything else.

We never sell your personal data.
Data outside the EU
Some partners, such as Shopify, also process data outside the European Economic Area. This only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep order and invoice data for 7 years, because tax law requires it. We keep other data no longer than necessary. You can have your account deleted at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in our emails. Send your request to info@liquidnefer.com; we will respond within one month.
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data. The website uses a secure connection (https) and payments are handled by certified payment providers.
Complaints
Please contact us first. If we cannot resolve it together, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority).

We may change this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
