How do I take a Liquid Nefer shot?

Take one shot a day with the measuring cap, neat or mixed into water, a smoothie or yoghurt. Always follow the daily amount on the label.

Can I combine several shots?

Yes, for example collagen with biotin. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount of each product. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or take medication, ask your doctor first.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and many other countries. Shipping is free from €50; below that, you see the cost in the cart and at checkout.

How can I pay?
