How to use it

Take one 15 ml shot a day, preferably in the morning. Drink it neat or mix it into a smoothie or yoghurt. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. One bottle lasts 33 days.

Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 2 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
